About the role

As a Management Consultant at Influence, you will work at the intersection of strategy, transformation, organisational development, and customer-driven growth.

You will lead business-critical engagements, helping clients navigate complexity, unlock new opportunities, and deliver lasting impact. Working closely with colleagues, leadership teams, and key stakeholders, you will structure challenging business problems, formulate recommendations, and drive progress from insight to action.

Building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to Influence's continued growth are core parts of the role.

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience in management consulting or a similar strategic role

• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programmes

• Confidence engaging with executive teams and senior decision-makers

• A combination of strategic thinking and strong execution

• Depth in one or more areas, such as strategy, customer-driven innovation, transformation, operating models, project and change management

• Strong facilitation skills, with an ability to build alignment and momentum across teams

• A commercial mindset, with genuine drive to grow both client relationships and new business

• Ambition to help shape Influence's journey toward our 2030 goals
